HIRO 160 stair lift with stringer fastening
A stair lift that is to be installed in a communal stairwell must fulfil various conditions so that the stairwell remains usable as normal for the other residents. With this reference installation, the residents' community opted for a HIRO 160 stair lift. The drive track was fastened to the stairway stringer beam below the steps. The steps were not drilled and the rail could be routed very close to the railings. This alternative fastening system guarantees the highest level of space saving and leaves the stairs untouched.
